LakeSong is near Lake Ainsworth which is an extraordinary black tea-tree lake with the softest natural fresh water, calm and protected right alongside the magnificent Pacific Ocean beach of Lennox Head. This is a natural environment of wonderful contrasts from lake to heathland, vast beaches and magnificent coastal headlands, there is so much to explore.

The house fully opens into a gorgeous tropical garden, cooling in summer and flooded in northern winter sunshine. It is a wonderful retreat in an enviable location. We are pet friendly and sleep a maximum of 6 persons. Well appointed with all conveniences LakeSong is the perfect destination for a special holiday experience.

Take in breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and watch the migratory humpback whale from May to October.

The house fully opens into a gorgeous tropical garden, cooling in summer and flooded in northern winter sunshine.

Once within the fully enclosed private courtyard walls, the entire garden and open plan dining, living and well equipped kitchen areas become one. Floor to ceiling glass walls bring the outside in and you are within your own tranquil sanctuary. The charming courtyard space is secure, lockable and child & dog friendly. Furnished with designer furniture, appliances and fitting provide a homely luxury to settle and consider your options.

Unwind as you cook outside on the BBQ, set night lighting for a dramatic feel or run the 'magic fountain' to cool the atmosphere.

Upstairs, revel in the light filled sunroom with a pull-out double sofa-bed if required and second TV/DVD & library. Off the sunroom are two bedrooms and an elegant bathroom with a deep soaker bath. The stylish master bedroom has an Asian style low queen bed, & has air- con. Two single ensemble beds make up the restful second bedroom, which can be made up into a king size on request.

The carport is accessed by remote control garage door and separate secure storage is provided for boards, bikes, kites or canoes.

Attractions

Closeness to everything allows you to throw the car keys away. Teenagers can come and go as they please. Take beautiful morning walks, run, swim or surf along the infinite beach, with your best friend, the dog, will revive and rejuvenate.

A colourful and convenient market is held alongside the lake on every 2nd and 5th Sunday of the month with fresh local and organic produce and various interesting stalls.

Spend your days exploring the cafes, shops, restaurants of the village.

The Ocean View cafe at the surf club is great family value and pick up your papers at 'Blackboard' just around the corner, it is friendly and great coffee.

However, if you do decide to take a drive there are many vibrant surrounding towns & villages that are renowned with many unique attractions and nestled in some of the most beautiful countryside Australia has to offer.
